The intervention stands out for its ability to transform a dilapidated building through an operation that does not erase, but reorients. The original volumes, hollowed out, become an urban courtyard that introduces the new villa while providing a sense of privacy. Inside, the layout favors visual continuity between interiors and the landscape, creating a sense of well-being that is not only functional, but also perceptual and emotional.
The steel structure is visible on the main façade of the new villa, making the construction process legible. Its presence becomes a statement of method and, at the same time, an experimental language.
